International Patients

If you are travelling to Türkiye for treatment, our international patient desk manages the whole journey with you — before you arrive, while you are here, and after you return home.

How it works

  1. Send your reports. Use the contact form to share your medical history, test results and images. There is no charge for this.
  2. Receive an opinion. The relevant specialist reviews your file and we reply within two working days with a treatment plan and a cost estimate.
  3. Plan the trip. We help with appointment dates, airport transfer, accommodation for you and a companion, and interpretation.
  4. Treatment and recovery. You are cared for by the same team from admission to discharge.
  5. Follow-up. We stay in contact after you return home and coordinate with your local physician when needed.

Language

Our international patient desk works in English. All of our physicians speak English, and interpretation in other languages can be arranged in advance on request.

The hospital

Medinova Hospital has served Aydın and the wider Aegean region since 2016, with 68 inpatient beds across 5,367 m², 22 medical departments and 35 specialist physicians. Imaging, laboratory, operating theatres and intensive care are all in the same building.

Getting here

Aydın is on the Aegean coast of Türkiye. İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport is roughly one hour away by road, and Bodrum–Milas Airport around ninety minutes. We can arrange a transfer for you.
